Logo Design Contest

Contest Rules:

  1. All logo submissions must be in JPG format.

  2. The dimensions of the logo submissions should be between 250 to 400 pixels.

  3. Each participant may submit up to three logo designs.

  4. Participant must be at least 18 years of age or have permission of a legal guardian.

  5. All entries must be submitted by April 1, 2024.

  6. Winners will be announced by April 30, 2024.

  7. By submitting a logo design, participants agree to grant Woodstock Pride event organizers the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted logo for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Woodstock Pride event.

  8. Participants retain the copyright to their logo designs but grant Woodstock Pride event organizers permission to use the submitted logos in perpetuity.

  9. Submissions must not contain any copyrighted material unless the participant owns the rights to such material or has obtained permission from the copyright holder(s).

  10. Logo designs must be original creations of the participant and must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights.

  11. Woodstock Pride event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any submission that violates these rules or fails to meet the specified criteria.

By submitting a logo design, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules and guidelines. Woodstock Pride event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding the selection of winning logo designs and the interpretation of these rules.
